How to Get to the Admiral Anson Guest House: It’s Easy!

From the Airport:

(Please Note - Pick Up from the Airport can also be arranged in our company van).

EASY VERSION (Airport):

1. Grant Mckonechie Way over bridge
2. Take Marine Drive heading East
3. Exit to Stewardson Way
4. Left on 3rd Avenue

DETAILED VERSION (Airport)

Exit on Grant Mchonechie Way (It’s the only main way to and from the airport). Bare to the left and go over the bridge, heading North, towards the mountains, heading towards “Vancouver/Marine Drive”. Take the “Marine Drive Exit” heading east or to your right from the bridge. Follow “Marine Drive” for several kilometers (You are parallel to the Fraser river and will catch site of it on occasion). You will come to an interchange with another bridge on your right (Queensburough Bridge), keep to the right to “Stewardson Way” , (Don’t go over this bridge), you are now on Stewardson Way with the Fraser River on your right, you will also see “Scott Paper” on your right. Go around a corner, to a set of lights at “3rd Avenue”, (Ford Dealership on your left) turn Left on “3rd Avenue” and head up a steep hill, on top look on your right for the flags of the Admiral Anson Gust House 1010 3rd Avenue,

Welcome Home (About 25 minutes depending on Traffic)

From the Ferries: (At Tswassen Ferry Terminal)

EASY VERSION (Ferries):

1) Main freeway out to the “99” head East

2) Take “91” Connector over Alex Fraser Bridge to New Westminster

3) Exit to Stewardson Way

4) Left on 3rd Avenue

DETAILED VERSION (FERRIES)

Exit on the only way in and out, and head towards “Route 99”, bare to your right and enter “Route 99” heading South towards “White Rock/USA”. Take the 91A exit to your right and head north (cross back over top of the freeway, towards the mountains), cross the huge “Alex Fraser Bridge” keep to your right past the “Alex Fraser” bridge heading towards “New Westminster”. You will go over the Queensburough bridge and take the “Stewardson Way exit, to the right, at the end of the bridge. You will see the Fraser River and “Scott Paper” on your right. Go around a corner, to a set of lights at “3rd Avenue”, (Ford Dealership on your left) turn Left on “3rd Avenue” and head up a steep hill, on top look on your right for the flags of the Admiral Anson Gust House 1010 3rd Avenue, Welcome HOME! (About 25 minutes, depending on Traffic)

From the USA: (Pacific and Douglas Crossings)

EASY VERSION (U.S. Border)

1) Main freeway, the “99” head West

2) Take “91” Connector over Alex Fraser Bridge to New Westminster

3) Exit to Stewardson Way

4) Left on 3rd Avenue

DETAILED VERSION

Continue on “Route 99” from the Pacific Border Crossing, heading towards Vancouver. Take the 91A exit to your right and head north (towards the mountains), cross the huge “Alex Fraser Bridge” keep to your right past the “Alex Fraser” bridge heading towards “New Westminster”. You will go over the Queensborro bridge and take the “Stewardson Way exit, to the right, at the end of the bridge. You will see the Fraser River and “Scott Paper” on your right. Go around a corner, to a set of lights at “3rd Avenue”, (Ford Dealership on your left) turn Left on “3rd Avenue” and head up a steep hill, on top look on your right for the flags of the Admiral Anson Gust House 1010 3rd Avenue, Welcome HOME! (About 35 minutes, depending on Traffic)
