I think the AA Guesthouse is a jewel in the crown of New Westminster, (the Royal City), perfect for travellers or residents alike. I found the neighbourhood is quiet, the backyard is green and the caretaker is a lettered gentleman with no small measure of experience guiding tourists and adventurers. I enjoyed many a veggie burger on the BBQ while planing my next outing in Vancouver, and after a long day relaxing infront of the Big Screen television with a zillion channels! I also found the other guests entertaining. Highly Recommended.

"We both loved Vancouver and part of the pleasure of our stay was the warm and homelike atmosphere at the Admiral Anson. You are a great host, and the rooms are a welcome relief from the standardized hotel/motel accommodations. It really did feel as if we had been invited to stay with friends in their home. This was the third or fourth time I stayed with you--although I usually stay with my son, sometimes it has not been convenient, and the Admiral Anson is my first choice for an alternative. I would certainly recommend you to any friends who might be traveling to the Vancouver area."
